This is not an accurate description of how Trump’s approval ratings fared during his term.

I live in the rare voting precinct where Harris did better than Biden (+34 to +40). Suburban Atlanta.
It is approximately 40% white, 25% black, 25% asian, 10% latino. Something like 80% college degree.

If you go to your county or state elections website, there is almost certainly a detailed page or report with precinct level results.
It won’t be surprise hurricanes, it will just be republicans and Trump voters getting upset that there are no more lobster for them to catch when they visit Florida. Then Trump et all will say, this is another failure of the Federal government, let’s cut more and let the free market protect the lobsters! Democrats and actual scientists will come in and explain about ocean acidification, warming, and how all the coral reefs have been bleached in the last 10 years and the same crowd will have switched over listen to Joe Rogan smoke a blunt with Andrew Tate and talk about how women’s menstrual cycles actually make them better-suited to be concubines. And the process will continue.

I think the bigger problem will be the Storm Prediction Center. The SPC issues tornado watches and warnings (Sometimes when a hurricane makes landfall!) I’m sure Ted Cruz will still find a way to blame liberals when a surprise F5 tornado hits Dallas at rush hour.
