If you’re a total sociopath who doesn’t care about the death of all the colorblind people, babies, confused people and whoever else ends up choosing blue, then yeah, red dominates (weakly, not strictly, but w/e). The larger point is that everyone choosing red, while technically equivalent to everyone choosing blue, is much worse, because every single person who deviates for whatever reason dies. Whereas if 99% of people choose blue and 1% choose red, it’s fine.
