My guess is that the car alarm/dream thing triggered some kind of acute panic attack that my body just isnt used to and it has drained me physically, so you are likely right. Ive got a pre planned cardiology appointment tomorrow anyway so Ill just have them run the tests they need to run and go from there
Fatigue cause you couldnât get a full sleep because your body thought you were gonna have to fight or flight in the night
Possible, but I generally notice a difference between fatigue and tiredness. Fatigue to me (and maybe im wrong in my description) is deep into my bones and muscles. Like genuine effort is needed to move my body. Tiredness always seems more surface level, it being hard to keep my eyes open, lots of yawning and wanting to nap, but no real struggles to do basic tasks like I feel when I feel like I am fatigued
Medical costs in the USA are just fucking insane. Between myself and employer we are spending ~$20,000 a year for my families health plan, yet I somehow end up with a bill for $1000 for a routine x-ray.
Yep, it 100% affected my decision on whether to get care or not yesterday. This is the price we pay, I guess. Not sure for what, but we sure do pay it.
We often talk about out of control healthcare costs like itâs the weather or something, because from our perspective it might as well be. I donât know why an x-ray would cost 20 times what it might cost in Mexico, but I assume itâs because of something like pharmacy benefit managers. Something that ought to be illegal, serves no useful purpose, and is devised by and for evil men stealing from sick people.
Thatâs a FREEDOM x-ray. Much better than a SOCIALISM x-ray.
Pro-tip: you can get an x-ray for free if youâre fast enough at the airport baggage screening checkpoint
Thatâs certainly true, but the five minutes before that would have been terrifying, with the aircraft violently pitching up and down throughout.
I donât think anyone in this forum has any sympathy for Boeingâs argument.
I donât think that the plaintiffs have a very strong case for a significant judgement on pain and suffering. How much is five minutes of terror worth in a court of law? Not much, Iâd say. Compared to killing everyone on board, itâs trivial.
Doesnât hurt to file the pretrial motion I guess. Unless Boeing loses contracts over it or something.
I donât think it would be wise to try this argument before a jury.
Sure maybe, but also it feels like weâre not far from the lawyers arguing âwell actually they couldnât have had that much pain and suffering because the occupants of the flight were overwhelmingly Africansâ or something absurd. Obviously âfeels likeâ is pretty wishy-washy and I doubt they would actually use that as an argument⌠but they are lawyers trying to earn their keep, hard to tell how theyâd go.
Itâs worse than that, the courts will pay like ten cents on the dollar for an African life compared to an American sitting next to him because of their respective lifetime earning power.
Not sure how to say anything that isnât medical advice, but gl and sorry you feel shitty

Except Catholics who give them +2. Jews are knocking it out of the park in likeability though.
Agnostics are full of shit, should be 0s across the board.
I have a fairly favorable view of Mormons. Much much better than evangelicals at least.
