I think a good compromise would be to elect Santos speaker. Everything he’s ever said is a lie so it’s like spinning the wheel when you can’t make up your mind.

What if the House adopted instant run-off voting for Speaker?
Having followed this a bit over the last few weeks, the no voters were teasing some “surprise” nominee who would have a big impact. Turns out it was Gym Jordan. That’s about as exciting a surprise as a box of socks for Christmas.

He’s fiscally conservative and socially liberal.
I think Naccy’s performance as speaker is probably underestimated and unmatched in history. She played very difficult hands very well.

LOL, no voters keep nominating Jordan, a guy who is voting for McCarthy. Seems desperate. They never made it to step 2 in their plan.

I can only assume that this will lead to some long-term grudges in the GOP caucus. So sad.
