Easier to do than you might think. You want to get your needle just under the rib (thatâs where the nerve is), but not into the sac that holds the lung. Target is only 2-3 centimeters away from the sac that holds the lung. If you donât use ultrasound or use bad technique you can fuck it up pretty easily.
You donât really puncture the lung either, air from outside gets in between the lung and chest wall is mainly the problem unless youâre going fucking nuts

Sure but there are plenty of times when teams need a QB to shoulder a heavy load and Stafford isnât going to be that guy against a top tier team. The way the rams defense and run game played yesterday they win with just about any NFL QB playing, and that includes practice squad guys. The rams could go all the way though if they can play complete games like that.
