Skyline is amazing and that is a hill I will die on.
The problem for most people is expectations. They hear “chili” and think of a bean and meat stew with tomatoes and spices like chili powder and cumin.
Cincinnati “chili” is more like bolognese, a meat sauce better used as a topping based on Greek/middle eastern flavors.
