I might have missed an interim update but I think that was the first Philly dump since 4 PM. For 13K votes.
Even if there was an intermediate one a few hours ago, still reflects pretty slow counting if you want an idea of when Philly could put him ahead.

Kind of sucks that there’s not going to be some singular decisive moment when everyone agrees it is donezo.
So I tune out of the Presidential race to finish the first quarter in my bowling league. My team has crushed all quarter and we secured first place tonight for a cool $1,000 per man. And I get home and it seems like BIden may sweep PA, GA, AZ and NV??? Is that about right? Very pleasant evening.

There is no Biden ship until he is seated in the Oval Office, so you’ve got a couple of months before it’s a concern.
