With Trump up 97k votes on CNN they had a report in Philly that said they have 85-90k votes to count in Philly.
I eyeballed it, so yeah I’m sure you’re right.
PA sec of state site has 92K left in Philly, 36K in Allegheny, 25K in Bucks, 17K in Erie, 34K in Lehigh, 14K in Monroe. Those should all be very good for us.
Philly 90/10, Allegheny 75/25, Bucks 70/30, Erie 75/25, Lehigh 60/40, Monroe 60/40 seem reasonable ballpark estimates without digging too deeply.
Philly +72K
Allegheny +18K
Bucks +11K
Erie +8.5
Lehigh +6.8K
Monroe +2.8K
=
119K net gain
Those should mostly be conservative estimates. Philly isn’t conservative, it’s what mail-ins have been breaking there in a pretty big sample though I think.
Everywhere else we win small and pad the margin a bit. Looks like we’re +25K to +50K after counting all these, pad it with the late arrivals.

Just crunched a little bit… If there’s 325K left overall and 85K left in Philly. If Biden wins 85% of Philly votes (he should do better, but just to be conservative), he needs 58% of everything else to make up a 98K vote deficit.

That seems easily doable with the remaining vote elsewhere. Even if you figure stuff like Monroe and the Western PA counties go 50/50, Biden should be minimum 65% in Allegheny/Bucks/Erie/Lehigh and they have way more votes.

I would think so. Only thing that worries me is some (all?) recent drops Biden’s been a little bit behind his run rate, regardless if it’s been a blue or red county.
Plus the factor that the SoS keeps changing the # of ballots remaining.
