Hanlonâs Razor. Imo they literally were just like mail-in = Biden, which is why no clear explanation with math was ever offered when it was brought up that late earlies may not be so hot on Biden. That was their level of analysis. Like the PA SoS, a bunch of these people are just bad at their jobs.
