I don’t know if we know for sure how the SoS chart of outstanding ballots syncs with the reported vote. As I said, they put out a 326K number at 4:55 PM, after the last drops at about 4:50.

Did they stop dropping votes, tally up what was left to be counted and restart the drops?

Or did someone start charting the outstanding ballots at 4:30, finish at 4:55 with a count of 326K, and during that time their count became inaccurate? I suspect you’re right and this is the case, but then we have a hard time knowing exactly what’s left.

Based upon today we should assume the SOS outstanding total is at least an hour behind the actual reported drops, maybe more.

We’re down by like 75.5K or something like that on DDHQ. Philly has 85K outstanding. 90/10 there shaves 68K. Allegheny has 36K left, which puts us over with ease.

Even if Philly only goes 80/20 on the remaining sample, which is low, it shaves 51K and leaves us 24.5K behind. Allegheny shaves 14K at a 70/30 margin.
