I think Philly is going to get to do it, they have such a huge chunk of what’s left that nobody else is going to drop enough to push it past the tipping point and put Biden ahead… But once the gap narrows a little bit, we’re going to cross over whenever Philly drops the rest.

ETA: And it shows what I suspected. Cumberland was breaking 73% for Biden with mail in. This big batch was 65%. Today’s batches have routinely underperformed for Biden vs votes already counted. Philly’s gotta hold at 90%, and Trump counties can’t go too far into the red for this to be a “comfortable” margin, IMO.
I mean, Wisconsin isn’t exactly a hero call here. He’s very unlikely to win it more than MI at this point though. Update: Since 9:00 AM Biden has cumulatively run at 73/27 off of 150k votes.

My math was off on the last drop but I think 22-25K should be enough so hopefully this is a little cushion.
So I have Biden Trailing by 78K with 326K outstanding. If those break 80/20 the Biden wins by 117K. If 70/30 then 50K. Even 65/35 is almost 20K.
